Just like with traditional dating, online dating requires you to use your common sense to be safe.

Below are some tips to follow to ensure sage dating experience:

1. Don't rush
Take things slow and don't rush to meet after just a few messages. If they truly are into you, they can wait until you are ready. Learn more about the person using the email and IM system on our site before meeting in person. Ask questions, request recent photos, be proactive. If something doesn't seem to add up about their story, keep asking more questions until you feel they are trustworthy or stop talking to them. Patience is an important asset in online dating.

- If you get a message offering you compensation for a service from an individual you don't even know or service you haven't performed.

- If a person is asking you to send him or her money for visa arrangements, ticket to come visit you, pay for their internet bill, an urgent medical treatment, etc.

-If the person messaging you is significantly younger and shortly tells you that they are in love with you.

- If the person's messages have many grammar errors and misspelled words, especially when his/her profile indicates s/he has a good educational background.

- If they state that they normally live or were born in the USA, UK or Australia, but now have to go to live or work in Ghana, Nigeria, or somewhere in Africa. Remember: The scammer's story could be very touching to gain sympathy and affection from the potential victim.

How to report a scam:
You can report a member to us by simply:

- Emailing us the scammer's username by using the "contact us" form.

- While viewing the members profile click on the report scam icon.
We continuously monitor and block emails of anyone who uses profanity, solicits for sex or money, sends out spam, or commits fraud.

Married? Criminal? Solicitor? Scammer? Asian ChristianSingles is a Christian site. Married people, sex offenders, solicitors and spammers are not allowed to join this site and will be reported to the applicable State and US District Attorney Office in Washington DC and Interpol in London. If the unwanted member is from another Country, s/he will be reported to the local authorities.

We are a safe site. Our approval/admission process of new members may take up to two days (48 hours) to block unwanted members from joining this site.
